PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES INCLUDE:

- Provide multiple property photos for flyers and other marketing efforts such as internet promotions, newspaper advertisements, and travel packages.
- Arrange personal showings of your property to prospective tenants & leasing agents.
- Execute contracts for utlities, housekeeping, and activity necessary for the superior operation, maintenance, safety and turn-over property.
- Collect rent, and other resident-tenant monthly obligations.
- Negotiate the leases terms and secure the appropriate lease documents.
- Provide check-in and check-out services.
- Conduct periodic property inspections during the lease term.
- Arrange for vendor repairs, housekeeping, linen services and other necessary services.
- Schedule and oversee maintenence requests.
- Extend the wholesale pricing discounts through the VIP Vacation Card.
- Disperse Operating Revenues monthly.
