We collect Member information as part of the membership process. The information typically collected by Statesman will include, but not be limited to, Member name; Member number; marital status; number of family members; address; telephone number; e-mail address; on-line password and information provided electronically; date of birth; preferred method of communication; business name, title and business address, if applicable; credit card details to create a Member account; arrival and departure information; guest names and addresses; travel history; and preferred activity information.

As mentioned above, we use your personal information to provide the services requested, to facilitate bookings and/or reservations; to facilitate and close the Membership Application process, to assist Members with other transactions, to provide Members with news, publications or updates, and for marketing purposes. We may also use Member provided information to enhance certain resort programs or activities and/or to improve the level of service at the participating resorts. Statesman will not share your information with other organizations not affiliated with Statesman without Member consent. Member acknowledges that Statesman, its affiliates or third-parties acting with permission of Statesman, may offer additional products and services through various means of communication, including print advertisements, e-mails, telephone solicitation... and Member hereby consents to receive such communications from Statesman, its affiliates or third-parties acting with permission of Statesman.

Other Information

Statesman does not generally collect information concerning a Member's race, ethnicity, political affiliation, religion, health status… unless volunteered by the Member. We also do not collect personal information directly from individuals known to be under 18 years of age, although Statesman may collect information on children of a Member (under the age of 18) who may be utilizing the resort facilities under a Membership issued to the parent or legal guardian.
